Bayside summer resident, sound artist, and audio archivist Aaron Rosenblum will guide participants to points of acoustic interest, seeking out man-made and natural sounds while discussing the history of sound art and sound-walking practice, and introducing new ways of thinking about the sound-scape of our community. The walk will take place at an easy pace, rain or shine, but wear sturdy shoes and weather-appropriate clothing just in case of unanticipated adventures.
